Do you allow pets?
We allow well behaved pets and their owners. We define a pet as a cat or dog. We may limit the number of pets per guest/site. Your pet needs to be under your control, leashed and CLEANED UP AFTER! Your pet cannot be a nuisance to other guests (barking) or threatening or dangerous.
How do I pay the deposit?
In your confirmation email you will receive a link to make your deposit if required. If a deposit is required there will be a date and time by which the deposit must be made or the reservation will be considered null and void. If you make a payment after that date and time your payment will be refunded less the cancellation fee.
Tell me more about your cancellation policy.
For reservations canceled 60 days prior to your arrival date there is a $5 cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. For reservations canceled 59 to 30 days prior to your arrival date there is a $75 cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. For reservations canceled with less than 30 days prior to your arrival date there is no refund.
How does the booking process work?
To secure your booking, we request a 50% down payment with the remaining 50% to be paid upon arrival.
Is it possible to change my date?
Absolutely, as long as you provide us with a minimum of 45 days’ notice, you can adjust your date without any additional charges.
Can I receive a receipt for my stay?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out to our dedicated customer service team with your reservation number.
